Panels 2 Modules

After installing Panels 2 a number of modules can be enabled.

Version 5.x-2.0 contains nine modules of which two are deprecated.

Go to the Panels page '?q=admin/panels' to see which modules are enabled.

Mini panels

Create mini panels that can be used as blocks. See the tutorial about mini panels.

The panel node module creates a new node type, the 'panel' node, which has a panel layout. It is otherwise independent from your other nodes

Create pages that are divided into areas of the page.

Core Panels display functions This is the heart of panels. See for example the sourcecode.

Allows exporting multiple panel pages, mini panels and other types at once.

Adds the simple cache as an option when configuring panel panes.

The purpose of "Snippet" module is to enable or assist the site-builders and site-publisher to show/edit a "message" on the panel page.

Creates views as content types that can be added to displays
