I would like to hire someone at 150 to 250 per request
for an Ubercart installation first and then a theme rework in Drupal.

I have two e-shop to create
one is a t-shirt shop
the other is a video store

If you want to develop these in 6.X or 7.X be my guest. You can contribute any knowledge gained here to a Drupal project.

Is there any body in there ?

Ubercart is currently available only up to version 5.x. I'm available to help with an install.

For the theme work are you looking for a graphic artist or just someone who can create a good looking theme from css and a few graphic elements?
