What is the possibility of adding some form of manual ordering to Imagefield Gallery? If this hasn't come up before (tried searching, came up empty), I'm sort of surprised. Could be as simple as pre-seeded integer input forms next to each pic, when editing. Allow the user to alter values, sort on submit, rebuild the imageField. (Like Netflix's old interface.) Would this be hard to implement?

Really and truly this isn't something that falls into imagefield_gallery's domain. It's really in the domain of imagefield, and I do believe that imagefield2 makes re-ordering much easier.
