Book module review.

This patch cleans up the code, adds comment blocks were necessary.

The test previously did not pass HEAD due to the contents of the page not being passed to assertPattern. Since the internal browser was changed the method that was in the SimpleTest browser automatically assumed the contents.

Decided to override the assertPattern method so that the contents of the page don't have to be passed.
