Disable register of new accounts.

Hello community,

I need to disable the register of new accounts to my website. Is this possible?

I'm using Logintoboggan to provide the login form on 403 error page but it displays a tab "register"...I guess this is the only link to the reigster form.

Anyway disabling the register would be better the removing all links...
