I am also getting the same issue. The error message as blow:
warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'theme_admin_block_content' was given in /home/creative/public_html/cms/includes/theme.inc on line 591.
Me either, same error message.. If I switch on and off some of the Menu related modules, the Menu admin page may be accessed for a while, then it goes blank again.
I am working on solving this problem. I can re-create it but to be honest am having a tough time figuring out what is causing it. Probably something simple. I have a coding weekend this weekend so with some luck should be able to solve the issue for Monday.
Its only with the Andreas 02 theme?
I have the same problem, but only with this theme.
When I try to create a new content, it showme in the top of the content page the next warning:
* warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argumented is expected to be a valid callback, 'theme_filter_tips' was given in /home/legislat/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 591.

No. The problem has not sorted. When i rename theme.info to andreas02.info the entire theme is lost. I could'nt see any rather the situation goes worse.
You delete the old theme from the themes folder. And upload the latest version. Then it works fine. What i did was just renamed the themes.info to andreas02.info which ended with the error.
I am using the same and its working fine with me. Hopes the bug report can be closed?

eslbruce commentedMe too! Do we just switch to another theme and do the menu and then come back? I haven't tried that yet.

nickbits commentedHi,
Believe I ahve fixed this. I had the info file named as theme.info rather than andreas02.info. That seems to have solved the problem.

Magnity commentedDitto. Uploaded new files (version 1.2) and whole theme disappeared.
Have changed bug report back to active.
