I've been doing some reasearch on freetagging but I just couldn't get it yet.
Drupal has support to taxonomy terms but no support to folksonomy and it seems there is a module "freetagging" that provides this feature.
I tried to find this "freetagging module" but I just couldn't find. I don't really understand if that is really a module or some option from taxonomy from the core.
I need to create a field for my blog that handles post tags and then diplay them on a block (tags (# of posts with this tag)) and perhaps a page view with a list of all the posts with the same tag.
Could anyone help me getting this thing cleared?
thanks!!! :)

try enableing the core
try enableing the core taxonomy module and then create vocabulary. in the vocabulary edit screen you can select option 'freetagging'

I'll try that, but will I
I'll try that, but will I have to preview all that possible tags the blog poster will use or it is really "free tagging"?
Well if you try it you will
Well if you try it you will see. ;-) But the freetagging option creates an autocomplete field so you can type in whatever you want but it will also look for existing terms for you. It is real freetagging.
