Issue Summary

Comment module review.

This patch cleans up the code.

The test previously did not pass HEAD due to some issues with DrupalTestCase methods not being implemented correctly. Those methods have been fixed and the test now passes.

Changed two lower case trues to TRUE.

Change assertWantedText to assertText.
