Description

Okay, I have a virgin install of drupal and zencart. The modules have been installed.

I am not sure what I am supposed to be seeing. Logins do not seem to be shared, and there is no clear indication that I can create a zencart product.

What should I notice?

Okay, I see that creating a new account in Drupal mirrors one in Zencart. When I go the Zencart page, it asks if I wanna log in. When I go to log in, it redirects me to drupal, but signing in does not work. Is that normal?

Spoke too soon. I was misled by some zen text "welcome guest". But I am really logged in. COOL!

Great... let me know how things work out. User integration is the part that needs the most testing, so please file any bugs you find.

Thanks

Okay, I see what is going on.
Only users created after the integration get created in the other database. That makes sense since I see we have two separate user tables rather than one that is a view of the other.

Product creation works, it seems. Checkout is taking me to a 404 page not found error. I suspect that this is a Zencart config issue, though I do not recall this problem with a normal zc zetup.

I had gotten it working with one patch (cannot recall what it was). I used zc on another site with some success. Other solutions seem to recommend themselves.

Pretty soon, Zencart 2.0 is coming up. It has very different architecture than 1.3.8. Looks like writing new modules for 2.0 is easy. Any idea if drupal team looking at it to integrate with 2.0
