Hi,

I have a nodetype on which I have set the defauilt input filter to full html.
When I set this nodetype to be the feedapi_node, the nodes made from the feed-items do not get the same input filter as the set nodetype.
I have to go into every node and than press Submit, only then the input filter changes correctly.

Confirmed, the input filter used is default; also it doesn't care about input filter settings per roles

Do you use http://drupal.org/project/default_filter module?
It's only a contrib module, as i know core does not support per-type input filter setting.
