I am looking for a clone of iReport.com. The features will be exactly the same as iReport. Please go to iReport and understand how it works, create an account play with it upload some stuff etc. You get the drift.

Additional sections will be included in the new site. I forsee the addition of at least two additionals sections to those that exist on iReport - (ie in addition to iReports,iReporters,Blog,about,contact us, site map etc)

The layout will be different as will the color schemes, therefore I need someone who can demonstrate an ability to design and layout websites in a user friendly manner. I do need someone that knows graphic design since there are a few graphic ideas including animated work that I want done (nothing too fancy) and I will get into them when I select a programmer.

There will be some additional features that need to be integrated. For example, we need a rotaing banner system that allows the site to dynamically display ads based on user selections. We will provide the DB, the tables and the data, as well as the logic to retrieve the banners and ads. What is needed is someone to code the mechanism that will retrieve the ads and place them on the page.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING AN DBUILDING SITES WITH DRUPAL IS REQUIRED. ADDITIONAL SPEC AND REQUIREMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON INCEPTION.

CNN bought iReport.com for $750K back in January 2008, which is pocket change compared to most acquisitions.

Some people are incredibly naive about how much time, effort and money is involved to clone popular sites.
