At the very least, an upgrade path to something will be provided. I'm waiting until I have the time to evaluate Views 2 to see if it can be used to replace this module -- or maybe if Site User List can use the Views API to add missing functionality. There are a few concerns I have (speed of joining everything is one), which may lead me to just upgrade this module itself.

The advantage of moving to something using Views is that a lot of the support requests (multiple different user lists, pagers, etc.) go away because Views does them itself.

I'm eager for views2 to become a bit more robust/stable for a few things as well.
