can't get appropriate tables to create in main database upon module enable.
So, I'm getting email notifications but no spam is being logged in spam & report spam tabs for quick review and delete.
Also, should the comments marked as spam get moved from the approval que and only appear in the spam tabs....?

I had this problem as well, I grabbed the SQL out of the code and created them manually.

I upgraded from 4.7.x to 5.10, and then upgraded the spam module. Not sure if this was the cause of the problem or not. I'm still having an issue which I will raise separately (and come back and provide a link for).
