This module is brilliant and should be standard in drupal... anyway to get it out there?

I have no I idea, i think to make it part of drupal, I have to propose it first to core drupal developers, or smth. I don't think it should be part of drupal, because you don't have to do really frequently vocabulary listings (I'm speaking of my own drupal development experience), and if you have to, you can use this module.
