I used advanced profile and CCK to make a dating site. But right now, I can only make people's profile either public or only available to registered users. Isn't it more interesting if we can do more? Say let a user(dating) decide whoever the user wants to make his/her profile available to. I don't think there is a module done for this need, if there is, please advise. I am wondering if other people also have this kind of need.

We use the Content Access module (http://drupal.org/project/content_access) to hide member profiles from anonymous visitors. Members can also set their profile to private (only for me, or only for buddies) with Private Nodes (http://drupal.org/project/private_nodes).
