Simple Tag Index

Can you please tell me how to create an horizontal A-Z listing? When a user clicks on "A", it should show them all the "A" tags vertically with an overflow numeric pager.

Is it possible to have a view that has A-Z listing of only taxonomy terms?

For instance:

A B C D

Apples (2)
Aardvark (5)
America (20)
Answer (14)

I'm trying to create a Frequently Asked Question section that shows a A-Z FAQ tag index page, A-Z FAQs question index, and a FAQs Tag Cloud.
