I have been working with the simpletest in chx's repository and cleaning it up, and currently, it requires one modification to simpletest module. Patch attached.

This doesn't work when not using chx's repository so it wouldn't make sense to commit until we are using his code.

@webchick: chx and Zlender are working on slimming down the SimpleTest library. Not sure the url, but the code is in an SVN repos.

Ah. :\ Would be REALLY GOOD if we could make sure that a) we break APIs as little as possible, to SimpleTest knowledge is portable, and b) contribute it back to SimpleTest "proper" if it's a big improvement.
