Sorting on CCK fields not working

Description
I have created an overview of user members and I have added two CCK fields from their respective profile page (country and title). My problem is that the CCK values do not sort properly. Only the Drupal original fields (I am using username and email field values) sort without problems.
Has someone else come across this problem and found a working solution?
