I created a .theme file for my theme like the one Chameleon has but it doesn't change anything. I cleared the cache, I tried changing the theme and I checked if my .info had any differences with Chameleon that could cause this.

PHP even gives me errors that I make in the .theme but drupal still outputs the xhtml code you get without a .theme.
