Is this aware of Organic groups module. When OG installed, it also creates or may be re configures existing core tracker under "my unread" so that all new posts under entire site categorized by Groups is shown.

Do you mean the block titled "My Groups"? That block isn't a part of tracker at all.

No. that is different.
OG also creates a menu link called "My unread" which provides three tabs
1. /group : Unread posts in my groups (default active tab)
2. /group/mytracker : Recent posts in my groups
3./group/tracker : Recent posts across whole site
It is the third tab that I am talking about. It Almost looks like a normal tracker but OG aware. It has additional field for group than normal tracker. So my question is since this tracker seems like OG aware, will the tracker2 module is OG aware? In otherwords will /group/tracker2 work and will show OG field?
I don't know if /group/tracker is just basic tracker module with some path magic or it is part of OG code. If it is OG's code then this issue belong to OG. If this is basic tracker module, then this issue belong here.

Tracker 2 is a functionally identical replacement for Tracker, page-for-page and tab-for-tab. It has exactly the same interaction with OG as the original Tracker does. That is to say it has no special interaction or incompatibility with OG.
