Drupal Expert Needed for Back End Work

I have a Drupal-based site that has been built to integrate a robust user-driven community with a powerful shopping cart.

We offer thousands of products in a single product category and mate that shopping experience to a powerful and vibrant user community. We have the shopping cart portion of the site taken care of, now, we need to focus on the community and usability.

The site has been built with Drupal 5.7 and has the all the Modules and pieces in place in that version.

We have just finished redesigning the visual aspect of the site. We have the finished PSD files ready to go. Now, we need to have that new visual design integrated into Drupal 6.x.

The ideal candidate is person/company that:

1. Can expertly code PHP and work with Drupal to implement our list of functionalities in our new visual design.
2. Can bring our current content into a the new Drupal 6.x code core.
3. Is not afraid to make suggestions as to how the site can be better.
4. Has substantive experience with Drupal development.

We want someone who will jump into the project and put their best foot forward in making the site what it can be. We need to maintain regular communication throughout the process and create a strong working relationship.

Beyond the site in question, we have a number of other sites that will follow the same pattern. Ideally, we would like to work with the same highly motivated and intelligent person for additional projects.
