I am a Drupal newbie.
I created several pages and set one of them as my front page. Subsequent to doing this I am unable to access the "Administer" pages, i.e, when I click on "Administer" I receive a blank page. Can anyone help me?

Are you using the superuser when you try to access the admin page?

Not sure I understand the question.
But, I initially access the page using the Admin credentials.

Superuser
I was just asking if by admin you meant the first user (superuser) or if you mean a subsequent user that was given admin privileges. If you were using the latter, then try accessing your admin page with the superuser, then check the access controls to see if anything was changed. Also check if you installed any modules that may be causing the problem.
If you are using the superuser and cannot access your admin pages...probably some one else can give you some insight.

alternate solution
Might there be a good solution for it, but I have done for it is :
in address bar type www.yoursite.com/?q=admin, where "www.yoursite.com" should be your site url. A login bar will come. Then login as admin. I think u can access the administrator pages
re: alternate solution
I tried typing www.yoursite.com/?q=admin and it still doesn't come up. The status bar gives the message "waiting for www.yoursite.com/?q=admin" but it never loads. All that happens is that a blank page is loaded and the status bar indicates "done". I'm totally frustrated at this time.
Re: alternate solution
I'm no great expert, but it sounds like you might have some sort of PHP error or something. A white screen of death, if you will. Did you do anything after installation besides adding some content? Any more info on the setup you're using (version, modules, etc.)? Is this when you are logged in or not logged in?
