Error message in front page

Hi

I get the following message in the front page (even when all content are unpublished)

* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/srimalj/public_html/rooms/modules/cck/content.module on line 350.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/srimalj/public_html/rooms/modules/cck/fieldgroup.module on line 448.

I'm not sure if this is a bug but I'm working on a fresh install of drupal 6.1 (not an upgrade).
