Description
The forms for editing and adding image gallery terms at image/tid/x/edit and admin/content/image/add do not get altered to add the menu or URL alias settings. The form ID is image_gallery_admin_form. The attached patch fixes this.

Was that an oversight? I think it was working for me. My test may have been outdated.
