Consider merging efforts with GeoLocation module

think in Minnesota we talked about why this module was created and where it stands today (not going to be developed, at least as far as I know).

So, I'll consider additions/subtractions from the text on the project page, but I don't plan to do much more. Changing to a doc bug to reflect that.

I hadn't seen geolocation at the time wrote this, perhaps because it did have a project page until just 2 days ago or perhaps because I didn't pay much attention to mapping stuff until this past fall..

Re-open if there is something to do.
