How is this different from going to admin/build/database, selecting all tables, and pressing the "Backup" button? Is it just the "Automatic backup excluded tables" list?

Does it make sense to have a "Backup now" button on the settings page? Seems like that goes against the usual nature of settings pages where they don't initial "real" actions.
