Adding Functionality for PostAlso

I am working on a youth journalism virtual newsroom and Post Also looks to the solution to certain of our needs, so thank you. However, I wanted to ask about a couple features.

1) Could it be setup so that the site posts to other sites using PostAlso, but not to the original site?
2) Do you expect to add Blogger functionality anytime soon?
3) Is Scoop on your proposed list of systems to add to Post Also?
