is it difficult to drupalize a CSS template? how & where do i start? Any tutorials? is template drupalizing difficult?

Yes, tutorials exist.

But if you can't figure out where you should start looking for them, then the answer to your question is - you, personally, will find making a template hard.
This is not because Drupal is difficult,
it's because you are not very good at understanding websites.

OK, I will apologise for being mean to you if you will apologise for posting dozens of un-researched whiny questions, being incapable of meaningfully troubleshooting for yourself , not knowing how to search, and being unaware that the Drupal handbooks exist.

When someone is asking an unanswerable open-ended FAQ, I prefer to let them know that they should learn to help themselves... Please try it.
