Error message after installation

Description
I am in the process of building a new site and am getting this error message when I attempt to post a new blog entry:
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/rivulcom/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 949.
I discovered that the error goes away when I disable the OG Menu module.
Can anyone give me clue here?
