Description
Hello All,
I have installed gallery and gallery 2 modules.
But only administrator can create and edit album ,gallery etc.Registered users cant do anything (create ,edit gallery etc)
How I can give access to registered users to gallery?

#1
Go to your Site Admin menu for Gallery.
Click on "User Albums"
Then click on "Show link"
Then "Save"
This will then put a link on every user or registered user's page to go to their album and add photos, etc....

Good morning sheetal,
You may have problems at this stage getting to the Gallery 2 Admin inside of Drupal. Open up Gallery 2 admin menu by using http://www.yoursite.com/wherever/gallery2/is_located
Then login with your admin or user 1 id.
If you did not download the "FULL" Gallery 2 package -- then you may not have all the Gallery 2 Plugins that you need in order for it to work with Drupal completely on a multi-user basis. Make sure you get the "FULL" Gallery 2 download.
Within the Gallery 2 Site Admin menu -- you will see a very long side bar of option / configuration choices.
One of those choices should be "User Albums"
There are actually numerous things that I have found within the Gallery 2 configurations that have to be changed or set in order to make it work very well with Drupal. One of the things I found helpful was reading through the documentation at the Gallery 2 site in order to actually understand how Gallery 2 works. Most of the issues are related to settings that can only be controlled from within Gallery 2 Site Admin. The Drupal modules are simply containers with code that allow the Gallery 2 program itself to be inserted within the frameworks of your Drupal site and somewhat mesh for the most part.

Thanks kenfar ,
I have installed gallery2 module through this link ->http://codex.gallery2.org/Downloads
In gallery2 ImageBlock plugin is not supported. How it can be installed?
Secondly I search the "useralbum" in site admin menu but I am not geting where it is.
I have used edit permissions ,through that I have assign
various permissions to registered users.
Now Registered users can create album ,but can also see other users album and update it.
How can I restrict users from changing others album content?

You may not have the User Album plugin enabled. On the left hand side click Plugins then install and activate both the Image Block and User Album plugins. If you don't have them you can download them individually here.

Everything is working now? Good.

Feel free to reopen but please look at the latest version first! It's probably fixed.
