Programmer needed for updates to drupal site

To cut a long story short, we hired a freelance programmer to develop a couple of sites last year. One of the sites has regular updates as the client is looking to keep on top of his website and use it to its best capabilities. The person we hired for the Drupal work has left us in the lurch. We don’t have anyone else who knows Drupal so we need the services of someone that can assist when we have additions/problems with this particular site on an ongoing basis.

The site is currently live and working with the Drupal system, but the client now wants to send regular HTML newsletters and I'm *presuming* that can be done using the newsletter capabilities that Drupal has... and of course this needs to be looked at ASAP.

We are therefore looking for someone that knows Drupal well, that can advise on the best way to achieve the result the client wants and subsequently implement any coding changes, can sort issues as they arise and be rectify them as quickly as possible.
