Hey ! (sorry for my english...)

I have a problem with the text editor (in WYSIWYG mode) and the result on the site... The text formatting are not respected : line return, centering text, color, size, ...

I don't understand why... Modules are correctly installed (I used FCKeditor). Are they permissions problems ?

Do you have a idea ?

Are you using the Full HTML input format?

I am having the same problem too, both with FCKEditor and TinyMCE. I too have also played around with different Input Formats.
It doesn't matter what I do, it always ignores the formatting.

Looks fine in the editor, but when the node is viewed I get something similar to;

<p>Text goes here<br /> New line of text</p>

Ah ha. I found my issue.

I am using the CCK, and in my 'field' parameters I didn't have 'Filtered text' on.
