I get an foreach error after installing the nodule: warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /public_html/dev/includes/form.inc

Sorry, impossible to identify the problem with the info you've provided.

I found the same error, I applied http://drupal.org/project/casetracker_work code, and assigned time to all 'time_factor' values.
