After upgrading to 6.x-1.04, my DHTML menu blocks no longer displayed. In fact, they're no longer shown in the list of available blocks. I'm just using the navigation block, and the primary links. How can I re-enable them?

Never mind. I didn't realize that there are no longer separate DHTML-enabled blocks for each menu, and that the standard menu blocks do the job.
