About user interface and weights

Is there any chance that in some point there would be an easier way of setting the order of the different fields in the webform? If there are many elements, in order to change the order of one field one may have to change all the other weights too. It would be handy if one could for example drag and drop instead.

I throw another suggestion too. Webform is an awesome module, but if I would want to allow an end user to create custom forms, webform's user interface might be a bit too complex. Any chance that there would be a module which would offer an easier way of constructing webforms?
