I have searched about Lighttpd and Memcache, but I found nothing.

1. Supports the Module lighttpd?
2. any expierience about lighttpd and Memcache?
3. documentation?

We are using lighttpd + memcache (+advache + apc by the way) with no problem.
Actually using apache or lighttpd is the same regarding memcache

Lighttpd and Memcache works fine.

Why you are using additional advache and apc?

APC is used for opcode caching
advcache is used to cache more stuff in drupal (for the authenticated users)
