This version fixes one "show-stopper" bug regarding the product module's implementation of hook_access(). The full list of changes includes:
- Fixed invalid type issue in uc_product_access().
- Improved suppression of UPS error messages.
- Fixed order total calculating in the payment checkout pane's Javascript.
- Fixed a bug in the order comment add query for Postgres.
- Fixed a bug regarding truncated encrypted CC numbers in checkout.
