i just uploaded the files to my ftp server

i found this issue as well when trying to do a drupal 6 install on a shared host that i use for this website. I followed quite a few of the suggestions that the php link gave me but none of them worked.

I eventually sent an email to my host and am waiting for them to give me some help. :)

spreading the love... :)
