Google Sitemaps

Google just released its beta sitemaps "standard" where webmeisters can upload their sitemaps file to be crawled by bots like googlebot. The faq shows some information about what it is and how to generate it. There is a BSD licenced script script released to generate the sitemap file. Is there anyone interested in coding this within drupal (pref as a module) so drupal can gain it's leading position to be as Search Engine Optimized as possible?
