It might be helpful to those installing/enabling this module to have a quick idea of where to look for the link to get the CSV. I'm submitting this paragraph for inclusion in the module description.

Once enabled, this module places a tab on the User Administration page at Administration >> User Management >> Users or can be accessed directly at the url your-sweet-awesome-site.org/?q=admin/user/user/one_time_login. This will prompt you to download the CSV file which will have the following columns in this order.

[ user id | user name | user email address | one time login url | last login date ]
