Hi!

I think it would be great to be able to have a chat block embedded in a block by default. I know it would be small, but perhaps something like a shoutbox.

I know I could do it manually, but it would be nice to be able to use the module's built-in settings to set the server, etc, and perhaps to set the width to the width of the block.

Hi shadyman and thanks for the suggestion.

I'm not sure this will work, however, for a couple of reasons:
1) Blocks are pretty narrow. The mibbit chat window can only be so small (especially when you include the user list column).
2) Reloading the block (by going to a new page) would cause you to lose connection with the IRC server and therefore have to re-establish this connection. This would probably be pretty annoying (to your users and to the IRC server administrators).
