After editing of pre-configured panel there is missing name in notification.

Description
After pre-configured panel has been edited there is message (admin/og/og_collections/collectioncfg):
Pre-configured panel "" has successfully been updated.
There is missing name of the panel/page.

Thanks for the patch - unfortunately, with the shift over to OG Blueprints, it's no longer valid. I do believe I've fixed the underlying problem, though.
