Is there a way have a single page that lists all the rss feeds in one place?

I want to make a central area where people can browse the rss feeds and get the urls so they can put them in their feed reader.

Here is an example:

http://www.sitepoint.com/syndication/

Sure... Make one. Select the feeds and nodes you want and create a static page with them.

Every node and taxonomy term is a potential feed. :)
