Hello
My editors had rights only to write articles, add tags and that's all. Promoting it to front page was job of superEdior. I wanted to give them access to Home › Administer › Content management so they could see all articles which were written and edit them. Unfortunatelly when I gave them permission to access administer nodes they automatically got access to publishing options(promote to front page). How can fix it?

Hello,

you could use the module "Content Management Filter" (http://drupal.org/project/cmf). It shows all nodes like drupal's built-in content overview but provides some more filters. If you grant your users access to cmf, they wont get other permissions they didn't have before.
