Is there going to be a release of a stable version of this module for Drupal 6.x ?

Once that is done I shall roll a 'stable' release. I BELIEVE the current D6-dev does work, as long as you dont use multiple languages...

Marking as fixed for now - there is a working D6 version, it just doesn't work with multiple languages.

So this means, the dev version is good enough to use on a live site ?

It is, as long as you're site isn't multi-lingual (it worked on my development install). I don't have any live D6 sites to test it on, but the principal is the same in D6 as D5.

VERY WORST case scenario, you might need to log into the database to disable the module from the system table - but thats only if your site stops responding which my development D6 install with only 1 language enabled did not do.
