OG Panels provides several new blocks for use in panes (pictured below). Is it possible to make these accessible for use in panel pages for group home pages? (i.e. http://www.tejasa.com/node/160)

they are available if you add a group context to your page. this behaves mostly like a node context but you get these additional blocks.

actually, you probably want to add a node ID argument and then a 'group from node' relationship.
