Just wondering... I'd love a pager on my user list like http://drupal.org/profile/ ...

I had a look at Site User List, but don't think it does paging...

Any suggestions welcomed - thanks!

Enable the profile module, which is included in the core module, it supports pagination. Have a look at this one as well. http://drupal.org/project/members

Most modules, if not all, modules support pagination.
