Imagine that you have mark as spam a message of user x and then mollom will show a captcha for this user. ¿There is any way to trust again in this user?

Well, i'll try but my English it's very limited.

When i started to use Mollom my friend Jordi (registered user) tested the module sending a "spam" comment (with links to viagra sites). Mollom didn't recognize his comment as spam and i mark it as spam manually. After that Jordi always have to fill the captcha doing all with three steps (send button, fill the captcha and preview and finally send button again) instead of only one step and it's very annoying.

My request was to have the posibility to inform to Mollom that "Jordi" is a trusted user without having to give to him another Drupal role.

Also, a lot of anonymous users have to fill the captcha ever and i've needed to remove mollom for this cause (i've put a simple captcha for anonymous users to control spam)

I think this is very much by design. One option might be that you could possibly trace the watchdog call when it's marked a spam or the comment is entered or some such and then change the setting. It's probably a bit too late for now though.

Anyway, showing CAPTCHAs is part of the way Mollom works as it does... and I can't see why replacing Mollom's occasional CAPTCHAs with permanent CAPTCHAs reduce the amount of CAPTCHAs shown. But I'll let that be.
