I allow posting of new topics and comments by anonymous guests to forums at http://www.copyrightaction.com

Anonymous comments go into a moderation queue, but I cannot find how to place new anonymous forum topics into a moderation queue. Permissions for forum do not seem to allow for this, even with the Advanced Forum and Forum Access modules enabled.

Is this possible please? If so, how do I do it? Thanks

Try the modr8 module. Will work great for this.
