Is it possible to get a thumbnail just ONCE, and never again after that?
Currently, it retrieve every time the thumbnail again and again...

alex ua commentedI'm switching this over to a feature request. We'd need to consider what to do in situations where the thumbnail may change, whether to make this optional or mandatory (my preference would be optional), as well as storage of the thumbs (though we could always tie into the emthumb directory), but I've needed this myself over the past few weeks. I haven't had the time to look deeper into what this will involve, but I think we should add this feature in the near future (though maybe not until after the D6 release finally takes shape)...
